Yesterday I got to sit with my boys during worship for the first time in ages (I’m usually leading or playing) and I caught Shel passing this note to his mate. He’s nine and he’s a boy. They don’t like sitting still and doing adult stuff at the best of times let alone a glorious sunny spring morning.

I seem to remember passing notes to my girlfriends during church too when I was younger LOL…we didn’t have mobile phones to text back then.

How do you think we can capture the attention of young people in church these days?
